Termites have been known to destroy the wall and roofing timbers of a home within 3 months of construction. Severe termite damage to a building is not uncommon. To compound the problem, your Building Insurance Policy will usually not cover the repair costs of damage caused by termites. Once all signs of termite activity have ceased and the area treated, we remove all damaged materials, reassess the full extent of damage and commence reconstruction of the area. This may range from replacing door trims to rebuilding wall frames and roofing timbers.
